What's Included! - With our mulch and stone services, we charge by the yard and it includes, weeding the flower bed prior to installation, trimming bushes and flowers as needed, delivery of new materials, labor costs, and any debris removal from the job. In extreme overgrowth conditions, an initial clean-up charge may be required and is addressed during the in-person estimate.

Why Mulch?- Mulch is cheaper than stone and must be redone every 6-12 months. There are some added benefits that stone doesn't give, such as soil health as the mulch breaks down, it adds organic matter to the soil, which can improve soil structure, fertility, and water-holding capacity. This can lead to healthier plants and a more resilient landscape.

Why Stone? - Stone can be anywhere from 3 to 6 times the mulch cost but last much longer. With stone, there is a little need to add more. Typically this is only required after the ground has settled. Also, stone has a higher success rate at keeping out weeds than mulch does.

What services are included in your monthly serviceIt depends on what level of service you choose. We have essential services that include cutting, blowing off the driveway and sidewalks, edging, and weed eating all the way to complex and full-service needs.

How often do you recommend lawn maintenance?We operate on a 38-40 week service schedule. We come weekly during our summer months and every other week during our winter months. Summer months are (April 1st - October 31st) Winter months are (November 1st - March 31st)

What is your pricing structure?We charge a flat rate monthly fee all year long. It's one price, no contracts you can stop your service anytime. However, if you discontinue services, we can not guarantee your price will be the same if you decide to return.

Are you licensed and insured?Yes, we are licensed in the state of Florida and can be found on sunbiz. We also have the proper general liability insurance.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?We run special promotional sales. The best times for these are at the start of each season. We rarely do discounts because we provide exceptional value at a fair price; we try not to do discounts so that we can continue investing in our company to make it a better experience for our customers and team.
